The subject matter is great and the film steams steadily along to the improbably glossy ending without once faltering. Extra points for dogs and other animal walk-ons, and for the A-team Brits a-strutting their stuff. Just perhaps a little too clean, a little too no shite-in-this-C19th-bedpan. But that's probably just me. |
