The major irritation here is exactly what does he say to her in the end? I mean we get the gist, but after sitting through the whole film, what a frigging cop out! I mean, WHAT WAS THE LINE, Sophia? I hate that kind of film ending... I really dislike it in The Girl on the Bridge, too. Still, everything else gets a big fat thumbs up. Atmosphere, performances, direction... I love it all. |
