The best film ever made. Utter bliss. The light touch doesn't once falter, there isn't any way the film could have been improved. From first gag, to closing line, this really is perfect. I'm a goirl, I'm a goirl... Even today, the pace is insane, the humour sharp and sassy, the musical numbers are fab, and the frocks to die for... as for the ending: it's simply the best in film history. Sublime. |
